The trio had to rethink and reinvent themselves. The old comparisons with Led Zeppelin and Hendrix had got them nowhere, but they are not the worst basis for interesting influences and ideas. The instrumental finesse and versatility was not lost, a new, unique kind of songwriting was added. Psychedelic guitar sounds fly through the room. Wahwahs, phasers and echoes duel and polyphonic vocals are skillfully arranged.

But DIRTY SOUND MAGNET’s experience of going their own way and exploring is also evident in other respects. They are well networked and travel all over Europe. They have toured Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Austria, Switzerland, Germany, France… and the circles are getting bigger.
